As always the service staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Checking in & out was a breeze. Dealership completed work on time as indicated.

I pulled in and immediately someone was there to greet me. Since I had an appointment, they were "expecting me" as the associate stated. Took my info in about 5 minutes and led me to the waiting area. I got a text once my vehicle was ready and the checkout process was very smooth. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful.

I arrived at the service drive up area and went to one of the service booths that I am used to conducting business. I only take my car to the dealership to have the oil changed. I waited there for a while until someone finally came out and asked what I needed and that they don't use those offices anymore. It would be nice to either post signage or let someone know other than me just standing there until someone decided to inquire about why I was there. Secondly, they do not offer a shuttle service for vehicle drop offs. I have three other cars from local dealers on Savanah Highway and if they do not offer a shuttle service, they will pay for my Uber back to my home in Moncks Corner if I have to drop off. This dealership has nothing of the sort. As a business, it costs some money to make money. This customer service will ensure you bring the vehicle back to them for service. I am not sure if I will bring my car here in the future, unless I can schedule the service to be done while I wait.

Gavin Reid was very professional. Explained the issue with my truck, ordered the part and replaced it. I am extremely pleased with a job well done.
