    Had my car towed to dealership on 5/12/26. Was told it would take 3-5 business days to diagnose the problem. I got a estimate on 5/20/26. Parts did not come in until 5/22/26 and was told I would have the car on 05/25/26. They said the programming instrument was down and that it would be another couple of days. I actually got my car back on 05/26/26. So all and all it was a hefty expense with having to pay for a rental for 14 days, but Amanda Burbage was as accomodating as possible considering the amount of vehicles in for repair work. One complaint I have is that I took a $50.00 coupon to them for the service and when all was said and done, they had added $40.00 for shop supplies (that was not included in the original estimate) then took my $50.00 coupon off....So I felt as though I actually only received a $10.00 credit. So that was a little aggravating.

    Amanda Burbage was great! I had a very unhappy newborn with me and she helped and took her time with me. She reminded me it’s okay and nothing is a rush. But she made my car a priority to help me get in and out.

    These folks are great! This was not a scheduled visit, I just stopped by to check on something else. When I bought the truck a few weeks ago the rear area vent was broken so they ordered the part. While at Stokes the service folks told me the part had just come in and if I had a few minutes they would put it in, saving me another trip to Stokes. Now that is just downright considerate. This kind of attention to customers is sorely missing these days, but not at Stokes.

    I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My car was sitting at the dealership for about two weeks. My service person did not contact me after five days to let me know the status of my car. The service manager texted me and I asked him to checked to see what’s the problem with my car. I finally got my service person and then I was informed of what the problem was. I received a text on the following Saturday to tell me the cost to fix my car so I texted her back to let her know that I will pick it up that day and she did not responded back to my text so I proceed to go and pick up my car and she does not work on weekends. I was stranded because I did not have a way to get back home. If only I could received a text this situation could have been resolved. This service person communication skills needs to be improved.
