    Excellent service. Truck service was completed and ready for pickup as promised. Service Advisor, Amanda B, was excellent. Only negative is the automated voice for scheduling service. Voice kept trying to schedule me first on October 30th, then September 30th. I wanted January 30th, but the system could not recognize that. Very frustrating. Recommend dumping the automated voice and putting real people back on the phones.

    I took my truck in on Friday . She said it would be Wednesday they could get a time to look at it. So I gave her them a call to see what was going on with my truck some one said it takes time to look at it . Time went by the next Friday. Went by no call so I called that Monday no one talk to me about my vehicle the minute I sent a text about you guys or bad for business I got a call. She said all it was is a bad battery and it was time for a plug change. Do I want them to do it .l asked how much would it cost she $450 I said go ahead it’s there when I when I pick it up Tuesday it over 600 l was not happy with you guys
