Sam my sales person was so friendly and NOT pushy. Any questI had she could answer. Sam also made a follow up call to see if things were ok. As a respite made an appointment with her to help me.

Sky got me in with no problem. The part had to be ordered. The part was put in on the same day it was received. Happy as always with the service.

Brought vehicle in with squeak issues, it was going to take 4-5 days to assess the problem. Technician said he couldn't duplicate the noises. Crazy I drove out the parking lot(less than 1/4 mile) when picking it up, and already heard it squeaking/rubbing noises that was the initial complaint. Will find a new dealership for service. The advisor Amanda Burbage was great. Technician is deaf. Kind of felt like he "Couldn't see what his eyes couldn't hear. " dumb dumb dumb
